Dr. Douglas W. Hilchie has spent his entire professional career in the field of formation evaluation. He was a logging enginer for Schlumberger from 1954 - 1958, a logging research
enginer with Mobil for six years and Director of Interpretative Techniques for Dresser Atlas for five years. He is presently teaching well log interpretation at Colorado School of Mines. Douglas Hilchie teaches well log
interpretation schools on a regular basis to industry in general as well as a limited number of in-house schools. He has taugh over 80 logging schools in the Canada, U.S.A. and Venezuela. |
